Georgina Lewis - Mists and Exhalations
Sunday 8th September, 3pm

Bells through leaves; light through a camera lens; Kansan landscape through a train carriage window. And a bird who takes himself away from the flock to hone the art of flying.
The themes in this program are heard and felt through veils, mists and glass, and along the narrow pathway to the inner self. We lean into grey areas, the complex strength in the fragile, and the thin places in our world and consciousness.
Works of Debussy, Rachmaninoff, Glass, Caroline Shaw, Stuart Greenbaum and Kate Moore.
With special guests Vincent Ward, cello and Niels Bijl, saxophone
